* Trip Taxes not included (1,20 Euros per person + 18 Years, and per day, it will be seen on the day of the reception),

* A deposit of 50% of the total price will be paid at the reservation.

* The global amount will be paid one month before the stay (50% of the total price).

* Bed Sheets not provided, can be agreed upon booking option (15 euros per person).

* bath towels and kitchen cloth not provided, can be agreed upon booking option (6 euros per person).

* a baby chair and a baby bed could be provided costlos

* Cleaning: the cottage must be left in the same clean condition as on arrival ; providing household can be agreed at your arrival
